Chris brings a deeply personal philosophy to Seniors Housing, striving to treat each individual as a family member who deserves the utmost compassion and respect. Graham has over 30 years of professional experience as a healthcare executive. His offers a breadth of experience working with federal and provincial governments, regional health authorities and professional associations. He also brings a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit and private sector with a focus on health systems redesign, governance development, strategic planning, operations and evaluation. Graham’s past leadership experience includes Vancouver Island Health Authority/Royal Jubilee Hospital, Doctors of BC, Canadian Armed Forces Hospital/CFB Esquimalt and James Bay Urgent and Primary Health Care Centre. A passionate advocate for youth, Graham is a director on the board of the Victoria Youth Clinic Society (VYCS), a not-for-profit organization that provides integrated and comprehensive primary health care services, including mental health and addiction care for youth. Graham has a degree in economics from the University of Victoria and a graduate certificate in health leadership from Royal Roads University. He has been recognized for healthcare innovation for his dedication to evolving quality healthcare through efficient system integration and timely delivery that is centred on the patient.

James is a “hands-on” manager who brings his unique expertise to all aspects of the business, including marketing, operational excellence, ownership group relations, and government relations. James is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), holds an MBA, BA, BTh, BBMA, and is a certified coach. He enjoys spending time with his family in his spare time, including his two very energic English cream golden retrievers.

Prior to joining West Coast, Jeff operated a successful design business offering services to industrial, residential and commercial organizations, and previous to that venture, Jeff spent 12 years with an architectural firm in Vancouver.

His mission is to inspire and empower teams to improve the quality of life and service to the seniors and families we serve every day. To make their lives better. Joey is educated in business management, leadership and executive coaching and has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles with leading hotel, senior living and long-term care brands. As an active leader in our communities, he is consistently committed to creating moments that matter. Joey has worked on several boards, including the Vancouver Coast & Mountains DMO, Tourism Prince George, Tourism Chilliwack and Tourism Kamloops. At home, Joey enjoys ultra-marathon running, enduro mountain biking and, most of all, spending time with his supportive wife and two confident and bold daughters.

Raza is responsible for all aspects of the company’s procurement operations, including sourcing, contract management, vendor management, cost reduction and improving efficiencies. Raza has over 25 years of global supply chain, strategic sourcing and purchasing experience in diverse industries across Asia & North America. Raza has an MBA and holds both Canadian Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) and U.S. Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designations. He is an active member of the Supply Chain Management Association in Canada and the Institute of Supply Management in the US. He is also a key member of the Richard Ivey League, which provides monthly input of BC region supply chain activities for the purchasing managers index. The Ivey PMI is the most widely watched and utilized indicator of future economic activity in Canada.

Her areas of expertise include critical, acute, and home hemodialysis, long-term care, acute stroke and acute medical & clinical informatics. Rebecca’s accomplishments include nephrology certification, medical research certification as well as a quality improvement in patient safety program. She received her BSc in Nursing with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. In addition to her duties at West Coast, Rebecca is also a teacher at BCIT. Rebecca is an avid off-grid camper who enjoys spending time with her toddler and two mischievous wiener dogs.

He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate degree (Hon.) in hospitality management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). He is also a graduate of culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Rod brings extensive expertise to West Coast with previous experience working with Walt Disney World and Hyatt Hotel. Rod’s focus is on team development, guest experiences, revenue and budget management. He is a passionate professional who loves providing great culinary experiences for residents and empowering his team through coaching. When not at work, Rod loves spending time with his family and serving his community.
