Having recently held the CEO role with the BC Seniors Living Association, he has extensive experience in advocacy and government relations. His deep-rooted connection to seniors housing is not just professional but personal—growing up in a family of owner-operators, he understood the profound responsibility of serving seniors long before participating. Graham is known for building cohesive teams and fostering relationships that enhance enterprise and cultural value. He believes "the principle of connection and shared values transforms a workplace into a thriving community and is central to our mission." A lifelong learner, Graham has been educated at Appleby College, Capilano University, and the University of Victoria with executive training that includes Executive Leadership from Ivey, a Master’s Certification in Project Management from Gustavson/Schulich Schools of Business and a PMP. Leveraging values-based leadership, a servant attitude, respect and a commitment to excellence, Graham brings an all-in approach but understands he could not serve others without the support of his wife, two kids and close extended family.
