Dr. Simrat Minhas, EdD, RN is an executive leader in education and clinical informatics with over 22 years of nursing experience across both the public and private sectors. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Practice, which informs her innovative, collaborative approach to reimagining clinical education in today’s dynamic healthcare landscape. Known for operational excellence and strategic thinking, Simrat drives initiatives that elevate care quality, empower staff, and enhance outcomes across communities. She also serves as a senior lecturer in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at a public university, mentoring the next generation of nurses. Outside of her professional work, Simrat explores creative avenues through painting and other artistic pursuits, bringing the same curiosity and imagination to her personal endeavors as she does to her leadership.
