Biography

Graham has over 30 years of professional experience as a healthcare executive. His offers a breadth of experience working with federal and provincial governments, regional health authorities and professional associations. He also brings a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit and private sector with a focus on health systems redesign, governance development, strategic planning, operations and evaluation. Graham’s past leadership experience includes Vancouver Island Health Authority/Royal Jubilee Hospital, Doctors of BC, Canadian Armed Forces Hospital/CFB Esquimalt and James Bay Urgent and Primary Health Care Centre. A passionate advocate for youth, Graham is a director on the board of the Victoria Youth Clinic Society (VYCS), a not-for-profit organization that provides integrated and comprehensive primary health care services, including mental health and addiction care for youth. Graham has a degree in economics from the University of Victoria and a graduate certificate in health leadership from Royal Roads University. He has been recognized for healthcare innovation for his dedication to evolving quality healthcare through efficient system integration and timely delivery that is centred on the patient.
