Our 35+ years of experience managing seniors housing communities has allowed us to attract and retain an exemplary team of management and staff who practice a resident-focused approach to service delivery. Our management expertise gained over the years is delivered via a combination of best practices, processes and systems to ensure the highest standard of care and service combined with the requisite financial results.
This highly successful integrated approach to seniors housing ownership led to the sale of the Retirement Concepts brand in 2017 (25 communities and approximately 4,500 beds). To this day, we continue to manage this prominent Canadian portfolio.
